We ran an audit trail on an account and there is something I have never seen before. Where it usually states encountered, viewed, etc. it states PU_SUCCESS. Does anybody know what that means.

It means "Purge Successful".  The image has been archived, and the magnetic copy was successfully purged (deleted) from magnetic storage.
