I have been a nurse for a long time and worked alot of different areas but I have never experienced the kind of positive and encouraging environment I have found in McKesson.  Everyone is positive and supportive and so out to help you succeed.  I firmly believe in this kind of management.  To nurture employees and let them know how appreciated they are and that each of us is important to this team.  I can see why McKesson has the status it does.  The key to positive productivity is happy employees that are able to balance home with work and be successful at both, and to work for someone that practices what they preach.  I feel so very fortunate to work for this great company and I honestly ask myself every day, "How did I get so lucky!"  The best job I have every had in 31 years of nursing.
