I have been a nurse for a long time and worked alot of different areas but I have never experienced the kind of positive and encouraging environment I have found in McKesson.  Everyone is positive and supportive and so out to help you succeed.  I firmly believe in this kind of management.  To nurture employees and let them know how appreciated they are and that each of us is important to this team.  I can see why McKesson has the status it does.  The key to positive productivity is happy…
