We're going live with Paragon in the ED next year and wanted to know more about how people are building/using order sets.  Say a patient comes in, we pull an order set and labs are ordered, can we pull the same order set once those labs are returned to select medications or treatments?  Is it even right to use the same order for that?  I want to make sure we put a process in place that won't have any bad consequences down the line that we may not know of.  Any advice is appreciated.See More
